The pizza dough from this recipe is simply amazing. It’s so simple – I’ll admit that I cheated a bit on timing when I first made the dough – and so quick. Okay, so I’ll also admit that I have a bad habit of just looking at photos and ingredients of a recipe, and I don’t usually take the time to read the whole thing… Which is usually problematic when I need a lot of time to make something. Like this dough. Read: it takes 3 hours from start to finish.
But even cheating on time, it still comes out great. I love the toppings from this blog too. I got on a mini homemade-pizza-kick because of it.
