Margherita Pizza with Pine Nut

I have a problem with photographing my pizzas. They just get eaten way too fast… I typically really love red-sauce pizzas, so naturally, I really liked this one. The pine nuts were my favorite part.
I’ve also made pizza with: olive oil, ricotta cheese, pepperoni, & red onion. And: pesto sauce, mozzarella slices, proscuitto, & arugula.
I had to retire making pizza for a little while, at least. Otherwise I won’t try new things! I totally recommend using this dough.
